Tax portals suspended
Tax portals suspended
The Guam Department of Revenue & Taxation has temporarily suspended its online filing systems, guamtax.com and myguamtax.com, during the height of tax season.
In a public notice issued March 21, DRT confirmed that licensing and support services for the portals expired at the end of Fiscal Year 2025 on September 30. Despite the lapse, the systems remained operational for about six months before being taken offline.
Officials say they are now working to renew the contract with Data Management Resources, which manages the software and tax systems for the Government of Guam.
DRT added that services could resume quickly once an agreement is finalized. Until then, both portals will remain unavailable until further notice, potentially impacting residents trying to file their taxes.
