Congressman James Moylan files for reelection
Congressman James Moylan has officially filed to run for reelection as Guam’s delegate to the U.S. House of Representatives, launching his campaign for the 120th Congress.
Moylan cited decades of public service — from the U.S. Army and law enforcement to the Guam Legislature and Congress — as he pledged to continue advocating for Guam’s priorities in Washington.
During his current term, he highlighted securing nearly $56 million in community project funding, helping deliver $1.2 billion in defense investments for Guam, and advancing legislation expanding in-state tuition access for students from U.S. territories and improving transportation assistance for disabled veterans.
Moylan said strengthening relationships in Congress has helped advance Guam’s priorities and vowed to keep building momentum if reelected.
