Fake badge arrest
A 56-year-old man is behind bars after Guam Police say he allegedly brandished what appeared to be a firearm at passing vehicles in Mangilao.
Officers with GPD's Central Precinct responded to reports around 11:15am Tuesday near a convenience store, where witnesses said the man was pointing a suspected weapon at cars.
