Guam’s Jazmin Wolford Taitano wins national Ms. Curvy title
Guam is celebrating a major pageant victory after Jazmin Wolford Taitano was crowned national Ms. Curvy 2026–2027 at the National Miss Curvy Pageant held in Carson City, Nevada.
Taitano stood out among delegates from across the country, sweeping top awards including most photogenic, best in talent, best in evening gown, spokesmodel, and high score interview.
Officials say her performance showcased both talent and cultural pride, with Taitano highlighting Guam through dance and song during the competition.
Pageant official Jenei Aguon praised Taitano for representing Guam in a positive way and demonstrating the island’s ability to compete on a national stage.
Meanwhile, Charlene Raguindin was also recognized during the event, receiving the inaugural title of international ambassador, National Ms. Curvy Asia Pacific.
Organizers say the win marks another milestone for Guam in the pageant world, showcasing the island’s talent, culture, and competitive spirit.
