Guam Women’s Chamber of Commerce to host “Becoming Again: Pivoting & Redefining Success as Women” leadership panel
The Guam Women’s Chamber of Commerce will host a special membership event titled “Becoming Again: Pivoting & Redefining Success as Women,” an intimate morning conversation featuring the leaders who helped shape the organization’s foundation.
The event invites participants to move beyond the highlight reel often associated with leadership and explore the nonlinear journeys that define real growth.
Panelists will share personal reflections on navigating career pivots, redefining success across different seasons of life, and staying grounded amid uncertainty and change.

Whether participants are navigating a career transition, exploring new opportunities, or simply seeking inspiration for their next chapter, the discussion aims to offer meaningful insights and encouragement.
The event will take place at the Crowne Plaza Resort Guam on Thursday, March 12, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
