John Cook to speak at Norfolk Public Library

NORFOLK, Neb. — One of Nebraska’s most accomplished coaches is coming to Norfolk next month.
Former Nebraska volleyball coach John Cook will speak at the Norfolk Public Library at 6 p.m. on April 15.
Cook, a four-time national champion, will share insights from his coaching career and discuss how championship-level philosophies, beliefs and values translate into leadership in any field. His book Dream Like a Champion will be available for purchase.
Tickets are required for entry, and attendees must be at least 10 years old.
Tickets will go on sale in person only at the Norfolk Public Library beginning at 9 a.m. March 16. Sales are first come, first served, with a limit of two tickets per person. Phone sales and ticket holds will not be accepted.
Two ticket options are available. General admission tickets cost $10 and include entry to the speaking event. VIP tickets cost $50 and include entry to the event and a small-group meet-and-greet with Cook.
Only 20 VIP tickets will be sold.
Organizers say the event is expected to fill quickly.
