Court issues warrant for 69-year-old Falls City man
Lifetime supervision included in 2011 sexual assault case
FALLS CITY- An arrest warrant was issued Tuesday for a 69-year-old Falls City man accused of a sex offender registration violation.
Donald Murphy Jr. entered a no contest plea in January to a charge of failing to report every three months, but court documents say he did not appear for sentencing.
Murphy was named to lifetime parole supervision under the Nebraska Sex Offender Registration Act in 2011.
