Norfolk man sentenced for stolen pickup
Hunt enters plea to habitual criminal charge
AUBURN - Jerry Hunt, 35, of Norfolk was sentenced in Nemaha County to a mandatory minimum of three years and a maximum of five years in prison for theft on Oct. 6.
Dodge Ram pickup belonging to Salvador Rodriguez and Carol Hellbusch of Auburn.
The Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office investigated a theft report at Gilbert’s Automotive Repair. Prosecutors say Hunt took a Dodge Ram pickup and drove it into a ditch west of Auburn.
Hunt entered a no contest plea to a habitual criminal enhancement.
