Bulldog Battallion earns perfect score during compliance inspection
The Marine Corps JROTC Bulldog Battalion at Okkodo High School earned a perfect score of 100 during a two-day compliance inspection held March 3–4.
The unit’s 135 cadets, led by Cadet Lieutenant Colonel Robielle Carlos and instructors USMC Sergeant Major (Ret.) Vincent Santiago and USMC 1st Sergeant Jan Pocaigue were evaluated across 60 areas including administration, training, safety, logistics, and drill. Inspectors awarded the battalion a mission capable rating with no discrepancies, along with a perfect regional director’s assessment score.
Cadets Alicia Aguon and Denver Cristales were recognized for outstanding performance, and on March 5, Aguon and Shania Sacueza were administered the Oath of Enlistment into the United States Marine Corps.
Inspectors praised the program, calling Okkodo a “Gold Standard” for Marine Corps JROTC Programs.
